Michele was an English teacher, teacher leader, and literacy curriculum coordinator in California and Massachusetts for a decade prior to shifting her focus entirely to instructional coaching and designing and facilitating professional development for teams of coaches in San Jose, CA and Oakland, CA.  Michele considers it an absolute privilege to support teachers and teaching teams as they dedicate themselves tirelessly to doing transformative work on behalf of students who have been traditionally underserved by our education system.
